1. Scope

These terms apply to sales within Switzerland through this shop.

2. Contract and payment

The order becomes binding after successful prepayment through Stripe. Cash, payment on pickup and payment on account are not offered.

3. One-off items

Used items are described to the best of the seller’s knowledge. Known signs of use are disclosed in text and images.

4. Pickup and shipping

Available handover methods are shown for each item. Pickup is by appointment. Shipping is limited to Switzerland.

5. Review

This template must be reviewed and completed for the actual business model and seller details before production launch.
