OpenDeal fulfils orders exclusively to Swiss shipping addresses. Shipping price, handling time and available shipping information are shown transparently before payment.

Shipping charges

The shipping price displayed on the product applies. Products may use an individual flat rate or be explicitly marked as free shipping.

Handling and delivery

Dispatch takes place after confirmed payment. Products supplied by dropshipping partners follow the handling and transit times shown on the product or in the partner policy. Stale supplier stock blocks checkout until the next successful synchronisation.

Tracking and problems
