Important principles
The selling fee is calculated on the product subtotal only. Pickup, postage, packaging and vehicle-delivery amounts are treated as fulfilment reimbursement and are not subject to an OpenDeal selling fee.
Optional placements are one-time purchases for the stated duration and do not renew automatically. Stripe processing costs, chargeback costs and other external payment-provider fees are not separately deducted in the current seller-settlement model.
The fee rule recorded for a completed transaction remains traceable in the seller settlement. Changes to rates apply prospectively.
